Screw products
We offer you various screw products for rail fastening: Hook bolts, spring washers and washers as well as clamping plates, clamps and screw nuts connect the rails to the rib base plates.
We have many different products in all common variants and sizes on stock. We have different clamping plates with different screw sizes on stock.
In addition to our standard assortment, we are happy to offer you individual versions on request. Please contact us!
Hook bolts are inserted to ribbed base plates to fix the clamping plates.
For a perfect hold, the dovetail-method keeps the screws in place.
Our standard bolts are drop-forged according to DB specifications. Other versions can be produced according to customer requirements.
We offer bolts in various sizes. Most of our hook bolts are also available with a hot-dip galvanised finishing.

Spring washers are made of highly elastic spring steel. Inserted between the clamping plate and the nut, the washers fix the rail optimally.
Our standard spring washers are produced according to DB specifications. Other versions can be produced according to customer requirements.

In the rail track superstructure Ks, the rails are fixed to the ribbed base plates by with of rail clips. A hook bolt is fixed by a nut and a washer and holds the rail clip in place.
