Ribbed base plates, rip cams and rip pieces
Ribbed base plates are used in the K-superstructure to fasten rails. They are used for conne rails to the sleepers. Our standard ribbed base plates for tracks and switches are drop-forged, perforated and deburred according to DB specifications. We have several sizes and versions in our standard assortment. Furthermore, rib cams and rib pieces are part of our standard range.
In addition to our standard assortment, we are happy to offer you individual versions on request. Please contact us!

Weldable rips for flexible fastening of hook screws on ribbed base plates. The rips are drop-forged and deburred, the screw chamber is milled.
